Text Mortgage Prequal

This campaign made it easy for prospective homebuyers to see how much home they could afford by introducing a simple text-based mortgage prequalification experience. By reducing friction and meeting people where they already were—on their phones—the work helped turn curiosity into action in just a few minutes.

The promotion launched across OOH, homepage, OLB, social, digital signage, and paid media, using clear, benefit-forward messaging to drive engagement and increase prequalification starts across channels.
